    Can I get an answer as to why I was immediately banned from a singleplayer game (Road 96) when I wasn't even communicating with anyone?

    I have always chosen my words so as not to offend anyone.

    More to the point, I never got any notice of breaking the rules and it wasn't until the second year since I created my account that I was immediately banned without recourse. They didn't even send a message to my email about the lockdown being applied. I appealed: for what? It's not enough that no one answered me, they haven't yet given specific reasons why the account was permanently blocked, instead of being suspended for a certain period of time. How can I find out exactly why I was permanently banned when nothing is displayed on the xbox site?

    I know nothing this time for what they banned me

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through a tough time. I understand how frustrating it can be. Since the Enforcement Team is an isolated department, no one in this community or Microsoft Xbox support is capable of helping with enforcement actions.

    i submitted an appeal and it got denied instantly, I've been seeing a few other posts about this happening with other people.

    Please note that for enforcement actions, the Xbox enforcement team handles them. I know that this situation can be difficult for you. However, I regret to inform you that neither the community forums nor Microsoft support can assist with enforcement actions.

    If you are eligible for an appeal, this is how to file a case review:

    1. Sign in and visit the Enforcement page.
    2. If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing Enforcement. Under Previous or Current, you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.
    3. Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.
    4. If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.
    5. After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

    Important: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content.     Wow Microsoft’s so helpful and safe with their new strike system when over 75% of gamers play rated M for mature games that are 17+. I’m so glad we pay all this money to try to “enjoy” games just for accounts to get 1 year banned over 1st amendment rights! Great job Microsoft your community is so satisfied to know they loose 1st amendment rights and most of all their money will using your services. Thank you for keeping us all safe!!

    You do realize your first ammendment rights only protect you from speaking out against the government right?

    The first ammendment never protected your speech on private property or private networks so it never applied here (or on any other private network or business for that matter)

    They arent violating your first ammendment rights because they never protected you here in the first place.

    You really should learn what your rights actually protect and what they dont protect.
