Imaginary Com Ban

I got com banned but when I go on the website it says I don't have a suspension and I went to the support section and the person said I don't have an active suspension either and don't have an overdue balance. This guy sent me a few childish messages so
I sent him some back and then I got com banned.

Imaginary Family

You cant remove yourself from their My Family group because it says youre not in a family. But when you try to add yourself to a family it says you are in a family. It just loops and its very annoying.

It wasn't even a fair com ban he was saying childish stuff about my parents so I said childish stuff about his and he got salty and reported me.

 

You shouldn't reply back, only report and block.

Doesnt mean that just because he just sent to you that gives the right to you do the same. Because you are also violating the rules of Xbox. So in the end both end up getting a communication ban.

 

In these situations, just report and block. Just because someone saying something to you, doesn't give you the right to say it back.

 

Its been over a day and still isn't up on the enforcement history.

Exactly, never answer back, just block, report. And it cannot be used against you. But if you attack him back, he can report you also.

 

He didnt get com banned even though he said worse stuff.
