    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I have an issue between my XBOX Series X and my TV (Samsung ue55ju6400).

    At irregular occasions when I turn both on, colors are very distorted (for comparison see the two images below)

    I have to turn TV and XBOX off/on until the problem suddenly disappears.

    HDR10 and Auto HDR on the XBOX are turned off.

    For the TV, I have not found any possibility to adjust black levels.

    Any ideas for trouble shooting are highly appreciated.

    Hello again, in these cases it is really difficult to know where the issue comes from, if it is in Update, the bug should be fixed in the next update, but it can also be something in the Firmware of the Tv, or even something physical.

    Hello C_JA, it's weird that this is happening and when you restart the console and the TV the problem disappears.

    Have you tried changing HDMI cable and also swap the HDMI port that connects on your TV if it is in HDMI 1 put in HDMI 2 for example?
