Image stutters

Unfortunately the image is still stuttering after ticking this box

@The Relvas As I live in Australia the standard refresh rate for all TV's is 50hz. Such problems that occur while playing are an unclear image, stutter/judder which is at it's worse while panning the camera in game. All issues are related to the visual of
the game.

Does your TV have a "motion-smoothing" feature?

Sometimes, disabling this feature (in your TV options menu) may help in cases like this, as you're preventing the TV from post-processing the image, which could possibly be the cause of stuttering.

This also happens while using the controller wired pressing any button or moving any joystick makes the whole system stutter ingame and even on the desktop.

Doallyn try getting it to stutter exit the game and see if it also stutter in the desktop (ej. move your pointer to see the stutter)
