    I bought the image editor file and edit app this morning but it wont install, it's the only app that wont install everything else is fine. I spoke with support and yhey can't work it out either, any ideas.?

    There is an
    Xbox Avatar App     available in the Windows Store that you can use to create/update your avatar, and then within the app take a photo of your avatar that you can upload to you gaming profile. Be sure to pick the correct one - Xbox Avatar Editor, not the Xbox
    Original Avatars app.

    That's what I did to create the image I use for my account.

    In the signature editor, click the image then drag the bottom right coner in to size it.

    They create the images with the editor... so you get anime characters and the like... people have some skills and that's all it takes to create a really cool image of a character.
