    im trying to download games from xbox.com for my 360 and its saying im not gold, but i paid for this.......i have a 12 month subscription sitting next to me that i am afraid to use. Also i am a rewards member and i purchased roughly 4-5 3 month subscriptions
    and never get reward points, i thought i was a valued customer spending atleast 38$ a month on subscriptions and buying cash for xbox, what must you do to become gold so that i can use the features i have purchased and earn the rewards i have signed up for,
    is this only me because i am considering PS4 over the one because of this issue, All i want is what i pay for and sign up for

  3. I have 12months gold membership but not able to play online

    paid for my gold subscription of $65.31 on 16/3/17, multiplayer worked for about a month and now it just stopped. I get all discounts from being a gold member on games, get monthly gold games free. Everthing from a gold membership works expect i can't play
    online. Why? This sucks that i paid for something that bearly works. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Everytime i access an online feature on any games i have, screen pops up stating i need gold membership or multiplayer required

    ^ Trials don't temporarily give you Gold status, they just give you some functionalities that Gold members have, i.e. multiplayer access. There was never any ability to purchase a subscription using the funds on your account either. It's either redeemed
    by CC or pre-paid code.
