I'm wrongly suspected for modify my xbox one S !!!

Hi everyone ,

Did some of You have the same problem as me ? I've xone s 500GB ,and my console didn't want to trun on so I decided to send a repair order on Xbox website. After 3 weeks I've recived my device with a letter which announce that the console was modified !! It's
rediculous because since it was bought I didn't even moved my xone from living room !! It's sick !!!!!!!!

This is to the Xbox enforcement team. I'm console banned & I've don't nothing wrong. None of the enforcement team has posted why I'm console banned either. In conclusion I know I'm wrongly accused for something to put me under this ban & I'd like to request
you'd release me from it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them concerning console bans.

Remember the repair centre has several ways of knowing whether a console has been opened or tampered with,

Tampering seals do not break by themselves.

 

Did you buy it brand new from a reputable seller? OR Did you buy it from someone used, or EBAY?

You should always document everything before and after packing it. Local Sheriffs office can often help.

It's a known fact that consoles shipped off for "repairs." Can often come back in 10 times worse condiction than they were to begin with.

CIP; my OG that went out with dirty disc errors, and was replaced by MS with a unit that when turned on shot pretty blue sparkles out the back.

 

I buy it brand new from shop about 8 months ago..

 

Yes it was my mistake that i didn't make any photos or documentary of my console, now I must to proove them my right but i don't have any basis . I'm ver disappointed of microsoft service decision ,and i think this is my second and last one xbox.

 

The question that comes to mind is, how can an untouched console shipped off to repair center actually get touched? (modified)??

1, Disgruntled or lazy employee. "Yes, boss. I ck'ed 50 of em over the past 10 minutes and all had tampered security seals."

2, Owns stock in MS, Sub or even Dev Co and wants said shares to go ^ in price. So if they can show this and cause you to lose your console, account, games etc... and you rebuy it all... Win, Win for share holders.

Nah, we live in a perfect world were no-one does anyone dirty.
