    Im want a New Xbox One - Warranty lost my Xbox Console


    In July/2014 in send my xbox one to warranty.... after 1 month for microsoft collect my xbox from my house, past more 1 month, im received a email from microsoft, the email information my xbox one has been lost, lol? past more 3 days, in received a xbox
    one refurbished, and this xbox one dotn turn up on, xbox come broken.

    Im dont want a xbox refurbished, im want a new xbox or my money back. The support from brazil tell me microsoft dont will give me a new xbox or my money. So i will go in Justice from brasil against the microsoft for try solve my problem.

    any can help me?

    its my rights win or not a new xbox one?

    I made a post on twitter about this, still no reply, but basically, a few weeks ago i sent in my xbox one because it had a few issues. I bought it brand new, and had a warranty on it. That warranty SHOULD cover it if it breaks. When sending it in, it got
    lost in transit, and i will be sent a refurbished xbox one. See the problem? I have a warranty on it, i bought it new, and they were the ones who lost it. Why in the world should i be sent a refurbished one and not a brand new one? The warranty should cover
    the console in that case, so I dont understand why i would be sent a used xbox and not a new one. I will be extremely unhappy if i get a refurbished one and not a new one. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    Microsoft send Xbox Refurbished(Recondicioned) at 27/august/2014

    Console Xbox One Refurbished received in my house at 02/september/2014

    Console Xbox One Refurbished received come broked.

    Unfortunately unlike phones etc xbox controllers dont have a find my controller option. (Sorry couldnt resist)

    Depending what you mean by lost if you mean lost as in broken then if its less than 90 days old go to support and request warranty repair, if its over 90 days or you mean that you have literally lost it then im afraid the only option is to purchase a new
    one.
