  2. I HAVE A VARY VARY ANNOYING PROBLEM

    i have no problem signing on to xbox live and purchasing add ons or videos and all that other good stuff. i can view videos no problem and play my games with out any problems. but as soon as i try to play against other players online the problems start.
    it will connect me to the lobby and place me in a que and then im in with everyone else but when the match it's self is about to begin im kicked from the servers and xbox live and then my console freezes. at first i was just being kicked out of the servers
    and then i would just go back to match maker and it will put me in a game rite away and then i was losing connection to xbox live to my console freezing. now i cant even play a round of anything online and i mean any game i have will freeze when its online.
    WHAT IN THE GOOD #%&* IS GOING ON? i tryed everything i could to solve and resolve but to no effect. why is my xbox freezing when i try to play online? who else has had or is going through the same problem? i just got back on a gold account to play the games
    i love but this happened. i havent been able to play for 3 days. before this i was offline for 4 months and when i was online then i never had this problem PLEASE PLEASE HELP. and dont tell me to unplug and plug in my modem. like ive said i have tryed everything
    and even called xbox support and sorry to say but calling was so useless and a waist of 40 mins. they just told me what i had already tryed and read on the site. anyone if you can help me out please do.

    I’m vary disappointed with Xbox Enforcement team over the phone. Figured make a post as buddy’s told me I should didn’t even know I could post something here.

    My Xbox account was hacked in February to gain my gamertag that was my initials “KR” had for years since I had my 360. Then I contact Xbox right away as was upset all I got was to send them information and so they can gather what they needed. Done so. A
    week later I get a message saying all information was correct, and that and will be under investigation a few days later. I get a message saying my account is now safe said my case will be closed thanks for choosing Xbox support....

    They didn’t even give me a chance to resolve the case or help me what I was fusturated about I know good my account is good but I lost my gamertag all did was change my name but still im vary upset :( I took lots of screen shots kept all my previous emails and case numbers.
    I’m still fighting this case as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

    Hi there MIAxGH0STxM0D3, we're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with Fable III. We certainly understand the frustration of a lost save file.

    To clarify, any time you launch the game while connected to Xbox Live on your Xbox One console, you're unable to load your old game save from the cloud? Do you see any error messages?

    X Box service sucks. Can not play with out being continually kicked off saying my online status has changed. Then you can not send a simple e mail to X Box to complain. Play Station is looking better and better and costs less to play.
