So according to the representative when they did their investigation the gamer tag change that was done was done by your primary xbox so that means someone got on your xbox and changed your gamertag so they determined that your account was not compromised.

No she barley knows how to use the Xbox why I would she change it no point. And no one has access to the console. Person who ever took it too from states if you look up name and I’m from Canada just doesn’t make sense . My console is my bedroom so no. Wish
