It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

In order to reach the level 2 status in Microsoft Rewards, you will need to earn 500 Microsoft Rewards points each month - no matter how you earn points, they all count toward your status.

You can check how many points you earned this month by going to Microsoft Rewards then clicking on Points breakdown under Today's points:

This will tell you how many points you collected this month.

In regards with the Rewards app on Xbox console, kindly confirm if your region is included with the supported list under "Rewards"

Im from india, and with the link provided by you i checked and found that microsoft reqrds are not available in india it seems.

That is a possibility since the Microsoft Rewards program will be gradually introduced in more countries/regions. Last year, they just added 38 more countries in the supported regions list.
