I'm unsure of the Microsoft account associated with my Playstation 4 Minecraft account

Okay! My little nephew had a similar issue with his PS5, he had to contact Sony in order to unlink his accounts, have you tried contacting them?

When I get the chance, I will contact them and see if they can help me. Thank you.

Before I reached out previously, I actually did come across this video as a solution. Unfortunately, this strategy did not work for me. When trying to sign in, I get an endless loading screen. If I back out of that screen, it says that my PSN is already linked to a different Microsoft account.

Linking a Microsoft account to a Playstation 4:registered: account

WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation 4:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
