I'm unable to record game clips or take screenshots

I was recording game clips son Destiny 2 Beta when the storage was filled, so I deleted a lot of game clips and screenshots and went back to continue recording game clips but when I pressed the Xbox Button the "Press X to record a game clip", "Press Y to
take a screenshot" and even the Game DVR option wouldn't let me record a clip either. I tried to record game clips in different games but I still couldn't and I looked in preferences in settings and the box "Allow broadcasts and game captures" was ticked.
Please help me sort this issue out.

Can't load Upload clips when I try to delete them.

So I dont have enough space to record clips or take screenshots anymore. Whenever I try to delete them, the clips wont pull up or load, so I'm unable to delete them. Help?

What i'm saying is, is that the Game Clip/Take a Screenshot button will not show up on my TV that i use but when i use it on the other TV the game clip and take a screenshot button are there. also when i go to game dvr to record that it gives an error "Sorry,
we couldn't record that. (0x8232300b)" so i don't get it.

Apologies for the late reply, but if you are still running into issue we are happy to help troubleshoot.

Are you unable to take screenshots and record clips or just one or the other?

Are you seeing this with a specific game or multiple games? If so, which games are you having trouble recording?

Do you currently have a lot of clips on the console or a lot of screenshots? You might try deleting some older ones to see if that allows you to record once more.

What length of time do you have the console set to record in the DVR settings?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. When you capture game clips on your Xbox One it starts to record automatically on screen. There would be no way to utilize a webcam to capture game clips.
