    I’m unable to play a games DLCs and online content.


    So I brought the game TABS on my xbox, and I’m trying to play it on my laptop because TABS is a play anywhere game, but when I play it, it will give me a prompt saying that no profile has been selected, even though I just selected one before, I can play the offline content but none of the DLCs or the online content, how do I fix this?

    Install the Xbox and Xbox companion app on your PC, log in with your account in both apps, restart your PC and try playing again, please.

    This has happened to me too with the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim. What i did was called 1-800-4MY-XBOX (if your in US or Canada) and explained my situation to them. they set up an investigation and you just have to be calm with them. they refunded my points
    back to my account eventually. Just try to redownload the dlc onto the xbox first.

    The thing is a lot of dlc requires a lot of room on your xbox. So with that in mind your dlc should be installed on a hard drive and not a usb drive. The dlc will become more reliable and some dlc won't activate unless it's installed onto a hard drive. If

    going round in circles i have the same problems... and in replay to last comment ive got over 150gb space free on my xbox... for about the 15th time ive uninstalled trials and deleted everything....... and low and behold on re-download the same problem.
    im not happy with this - microsoft failing again and claiming they are unable to help... pathetic
