This site is so broken, I just created a new Microsoft Account with my first name and last name included in the profile and got the following error when trying to sign in to the design lab:

You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

So disappointing.

Sorry to hear about the issue. This is actually happening to multiple users already, not just you. It may be an issue with their website and not your accounts. I suggest to wait and try it again in few hours. I recommend that you also report this matter to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status there's a Report button there.

I'm having the exact same problem right now with this absolute POS Microsoft xbox security. Trying to login my son's account, I have to validate terms of service, I KNOW the password is correct, but it always says it isn't, on the console. I can login
to this account on my laptop with this password. My son is raging at microsoft for designing this absolute hunk of cPPP security process.

No, I haven't tried that and I should not have to turn off two factor authentication just to login to the Xbox Design Lab surely?
