    I'm unable to log into Xbox to play Microsftt Solitaire.


    Recently my PC crashed and we had to rebuild it. Now when I open Solitaire it attempts to login to Xbox Live. That fails and it prompts me to log me into Xbox Live, and it hangs. I'm pretty sure that the PC name is now different than it was before the PC
    crashed. Is it possible the change in PC name is causing the problem? I've been working with Xbox customer support and have pretty much run out of ideas on what to do next. Thanks.

    Still Receiving Error Codes to XBOX LIVE

    I'm still receiving error codes trying to log into XBOX LIVE Daily Challenges, in particular, Error Code 002408 when trying to play Solitaire or Mahjong.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Won't Log In

    I'm having the same problem but found a way to play it (sort of).

    1. Open Solitaire through the 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' app.

    2. Click on the 'Xbox Games' tile on the top-right corner to open it once you are logged on automatically.

    3. Keep the 'Xbox Games' app running on half of your monitor. Don't minimise it or it will freeze!

    4. You can now play Solitaire games and earn achievements.

    Someone better fix this soon!

    I did everything in your message, multi restarts. I xan log on to xbox on the internet, just not the Microsoft Solitaire game. My error is 1470000 and the message is I cannot be logged on at this time. My husband is able to log on the same computer and
    lig on to Microsoft Solitaire. Since I am unable to log on, how would I run it as an administrator? Can you provide more info on the process? My husband thinks I got shut out because my accumulated score was so high. Is this a thing?
