I'm unable to join or create clubs within the xbox app

So recently i bought forza horizon 4 for windows 10 and everything running fine and smooth. Until i try to join my friends club, it says i need to change my setting in privacy and online safety, However this setting i have already changed to allow and i
have tried turning it both to block and allow. Neither made a difference. i also tried signing i nand out of the xbox app and restarted my pc jsut in case it may help. nothing helped and i am still stuck on the same issue

If i could get some help with this that'd be great.

I changed my settings to "allow to join or create a club".

Where can i change the settings on the Account page?

I'm trying to join a club on xbox, but i get an error message saying "you can't do this because the way your account is setup. Go to your privacy & online safety settings to change this".

I added my account to an adult account and changed the settings to "allowed to join/create a club".

But i'm still unable to join a club

As i have said before i tried everything related to this, my settings are all set to that i should be able to join clubs and join multiplayer games, but im not able to do neither anymore

configuration on a PC. Recently there have been a lot of posts regarding not being able to join a club. We are aware of the issue and are gathering as much data on this issue as possible to find a resolution. Are you part of a Microsoft Family? Have you tried
to manage Online safety or Privacy settings on your profile?

Xbox.com > Sigh in > Click on profile > Privacy settings
