I'm unable to get the Game Pass for $1

I saw the Game Pass was $1 for the month on my XBox and decided to get it. However, I also had an option to get the free trial for 2 weeks. I decided to do that first, then buy the month for $1. However, once I activated the free trial, the $1 deal was
gone.

I was unaware you couldn't stack them Can you not? If so, can you reverse my free trial and allow me to buy the month for $1?

Game Pass Goals - December

Hi,

I took out a 1 Month Game Pass Subscription, on the 28th November, in the UK.

I'm unable to see any sign of the Game Pass goals, under the Game Pass or Membership screens on my Xbox One. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I am unable to acquire the game pass subscription which would be for R $1.00 for 1 month, and it would be valid until 09/05/2018.

It sounds like the offer for Game Pass may have expired, unfortunately if it's no longer showing on your Home screen we aren't able to provide it for you again. Please keep an eye out for future promotions and offers.

 

It only just showed up on my console and only expired when I accepted the free trial. I believe the free trial cancelled the promotion, even though that wasn't indicated anywhere.
