Im unable to connect to ea online servers??

I understand you need help on connecting to EA.

Is this a problem from your Xbox console?

If so, try restarting your Xbox through power cycle.

Turn off console and unplug everything for 30 seconds. Restart your router as well.

Plug everything back in and check if it works.

If that does not work, try clearing cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If this does not help, there might be some issues with EA servers temporarily, just try again later.

When i try that it comes up with unable to connect to EA servers meaning i cant play ea games online for what ever reason

I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.

Nope, because its the EA servers. I have never had problems with EA games till now, the amount of times I have been unable to connect/play online in the last few days is ridiculous.
