okey i'm a bit freak out my own xbox 360 dont want to accept my password cause it is too long for him what the
[Mod removed - see Guidelines] happen what am i suppose to do in that situation i will not reset my new password for them then what? I'm stuck and i can't move forward i need help , i dud the last update but when it's time for me to add my
mail its ok but once the mail added they tell me to add my password but i can't my password is just to long for the limit tap space they have, is someone have already pass throught that problem what have did to resolve that issue thanks.

Yep I had this issue once to because you change your password and it's over 16 characters but you.just gotta change it back or to something shorter

On the 360 the maximum password length is 16 characters. But you could try the answer as suggested here.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. As our Ambassadors have stated, for some reason on the Xbox 360, its best to have a password no greater than 16 characters and it would be best to reset your password to reflect that parameter
in order to be able to sign into your profile on that type of console. I understand that it can be frustrating to have to do; however, this is the only way to be able to successfully log into a profile on the Xbox 360 and further recommend updating the profile
via a different device (like a PC or smartphone) for best results.
