I'm trying to watch purchased movies

I'm having the same issue. I have some movies with the movies and tv app that I've saved to the hard drive on my laptop which will play just fine. Also trailers will play fine on the app on my xbox one s. I reached out to support and they said it's a known
issue and is being worked but doesn't have any update on when the content will be available again. Xbox page says all apps and content are working normally.

I am experiencing the same issue, support made some suggestions but nothing has worked. This issue covers all movies that I have purchased. I can watch trailers but when I go to watch the actual movie I get the network error. This issue has been ongoing
for far too long.

I am in Brazil and I am having the same problem, I can not buy or rent movies and TV shows on Xbox one. I did this in Windows 10 and it worked okay, but I want to watch the movies by xbox, because of the larger TV.

When I try to buy a movie, the error 0x80004003 is showed. And if I try to get into my library to see movies purchased/leased by the computer's browser, the same error appears. That is, the error is both to buy and to watch.

If anyone can help, I'm grateful.

I just purchased the move "Rampage" my self and instead of being able to watch the movie on XBOX I get to watch "THE DEATH OF SUPERMAN". A movie that is still on pre order. How ever if I log on to the computer that I'm able to watch "RAMPAGE" with no issues.
Tried it on two separate consoles still only able to watch DEATH OF SUPERMAN. Just wonder how much trouble microsoft is going to have to pay for showing a movie that isn't supposed to be release yet. I would also like to watch the movie I purchased.

I had the same problem and after a few hours of chatting with billing and tech support, apparently the file is corrupt and will not play. You can chat with billing and after a while they will concede and refund the money. The error code simply means the
file is corrupt and unplayable.
