Im trying to start my game on my PC and it shows me this message out of nowhere

Earlier there is an issue with the Xbox Live sever but that should be fixed by now. Kindly sign out both on your Xbox App as well as on your Microsoft Store App after that restart your PC before signing back in.

It started with Me while I played a move. Since then Im unable to sync. I tried reinstalling the game but got nowhere. Hope they sort it quick before I lose my games.

Yes I currently have the gamepass ultimate and im actually trying to install it in the microsoft store application in the pc so im not really sure why my pc not showing up everything is linked and when I installed another dlc and my pc shows and lets me install it.

The error message only shows up every time my xbox turns on and before I can access the home screen when it turns on, that's when it starts showing the error. Also I tried signing out and signing back in and the error shows up when that happens too I believe.
when i try to connect and enter router password it just starts loading then doesn't work then shows a message on the bottom that says "Cant connect. Check your network name and password and try again." I hope that was accurate. As for my ip settings, its automatic.
I cant exactly test the connection when im not exactly connected, im sure you know what I mean by that too. As for everything else, it seems to be working fine.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
