I can see that you are having trouble signing into the MLB The Show companion app with your new email. This issue may be caused by a mismatch between your Microsoft account and your PlayStation Network account. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your old email and password.

2. Click on Your info and then Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

3. Under Email addresses, click on Add email and enter your new email address. You may need to verify it with a code sent to your inbox.

4. Once your new email is added, click on Make primary to set it as your default sign-in option.

5. Go back to the MLB The Show companion app and try signing in again with your new email and password.

Since your new gamertag is showing on all apps and websites and not only on the companion app, it is probably just a cache issue.

Try to reset the companion app:

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox console companion > Advanced options > Reset.

Restart your computer and sign in to it again to see if the old gamertag still shows on it.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you changed your name did you happen to sign in with a different email? If not, try and sign out of the companion app and beta app and sign back in. Also go to Xbox.com and make sure the change shows.

Have you tried to sign out and then in again from the Xbox Companion App?

Please try to do it and let me know if it still shows your old gamertag.
