On Minecraft and Minecraft dungeons it says sign into Microsoft Account. I do it says to sigh into the account that’s already connected. And I did and it says the same thing to go back to the other account. I been trying since Christmas it’s impossible. I spend at lest 4 hours a day trying different ways to sign in on my ps5.

The account connection isn't tied the console. If you linked it already on another console, you just need to sign into the same Microsoft account on your PS5.

What happens when you try to link it? Are you receiving any error messages or error codes? If so, please provide photos of them.

I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working

So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.
