    I’m trying to sign in on the Xbox App but it’s glitched out


    So i put in my email and password and it refreshes on a page and it says ‘server_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie’. I have tried for months on end but it won’t change. Can anyone help? I can’t find the answer anywhere on the internet.

    Hi SamiMo1!! You should try this out with the Microsoft Store instead of the XBOX App as it can sometimes glitch out. If it does not work then you should try signing out and then signing in again into your Microsoft Account.

    Can't leave a group chat.

    Sign your profile out and then back in again. It's just a glitch. You can try using the app as well to leave the chat if you like.

    Sometimes it's a glitch on the app too and you just have to sign out and back in.

    Sorry to hear it. More than likely that's a glitch with the app. If you're able to, try signing out then back in to see if that helps.,

    As mentioned you can check the enforcement site to get a better understanding. You may want to try signing out and back in too. Sometimes things can glitch out. I know the app does that.
