They are investigating an issue where some Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their Subscription in January. Because this is an ongoing issue, you will be temporarily unable to resubscribe to the Fortnite Crew if your subscription expired or canceled for any reason. Because your subscription is active, you won't see the option to renew. To continue your Fortnite Crew subscription, you need to re-enable recurring billing for Fortnite Crew in your Microsoft account page.

- Sign into your account from account.microsoft.com

- Select Services & Subscriptions at the top of the page.

- Select Manage next to your subscription listing.

- Select Turn on recurring billing.

I would recommend that you try it directly from the Xbox subscription website

-Navigate to account http://account.microsoft.com/account

-Sign in to your Microsoft account

-Select Services & Subscriptions at the top of the page

-Select Manage next to your subscription listing

Or in the case go directly to the official page of Fornite and renew it directly with them
