I'm trying to reach the enforcement team.

My xbox one gamer tag is Foxy6randpa951. I was recently suspended and my ban ended this week on the 3rd of Oct. Still not able to play online it says "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature. I've called and talk to 5 different
people on xbox customer support and literally tried everything and still not working. Could you guys please check my gamer tag and make sure i'm still not suspended? Thanks

Enforcement

The only one who deal with bans/suspensions is the enforcement team. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing for a case review as described here:

That is the only way to reach the enforcement team as they cannot be reached via the forums or through support

 

How can i reach enforcement team involving stepson's banning

Hello,

Can anybody please tell me how to reach the enforcement team of X-box. My stepson is banned and i'm trying to find out with what reason.

Dutch customer support told me that there was send a e-mail but we where unabele to log in the e-mail-account because it's hacked.

You can check that information yourself by logging in to the enforcement team website. enforcement.xbox.com/home Other than a email that you should have received that will be the only place
to get that information.

Checked and my suspension was over with on the 3rd this month. Can you tell me why it says "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature " when I try to play any game online?

 

You are showing a silver membership here. If you want to play online multiplayer you will need a Gold membership.

No I have gold according to my account I just checked it. Still not letting me play online. Internet is up. Nat status is open and all services are available. Need some help

 

on the forum you are showing silver try either A: turning off the console for a few minute and turning back on and see if that helps or B: delete the profile (only the profile) and redownload it.

I have to point out like others did that you are shown as being a silver member.

 

You are shown as having gold now.
