    I'm trying to re-install Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and every time it stops installing...


    I keep trying to re-install CoD Infinite Warfare but every time it stops at roughly 50% with no explanation or error code, the game is physical copy btw

    Hello, gray. Thanks for reaching out! My name is Lucas. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

    First, please clear your console cache and queue:

    Press the Xbox button > My games and apps > See all > Manage queue > Queue > Click on cancel all > Clear the queue.

    Press the Xbox button > System > Settings > Devices and connections > Blue-ray > Persistent storage > Clear persistent storage (three times).

    Press the Xbox button > System > Settings > Storage.

    Highlight a storage device > Press Y > Select clear system cache. (not all consoles have this option, it yours doesn't have it, just skip it, don't worry)

    Then, please try to download and install the game remotely:

    - Eject your game disc.

    - Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote feature > Enable remote features.

    - Perform a power reset on the console:

    1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

    2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

    3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

    ​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

    ​​- Download the Xbox mobile app and connect it to your console.

    - Search Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and select download to console.

    Complete edition games on disc

    Call of duty infinite warfare legacy edition has modern warfare on the disc for Xbox one so it can be installed multiple times but the PS4 version includes a one time download code in the box so I guess that kinda counts :)

    I just bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare and every time i tried to install one of the packs it says installation stopped. When I try to install again it gives me an error code and it says it might be corrupted. All of the packs are installed on
    the external except for one and it doesn't let me transfer it to the internal drive.
