    I'm trying to purchase black ops II on my Xbox one and it says my account can't purchase this


    my Xbox one won't let me purchase black ops 2 on my Xbox one and I don't have disc for it. Is there a way I can get the game without having to buy a Xbox 360 disc of it?

    Do you happen to have a credit card on file, or is your account perhaps a child account? Additionally, have you tried purchasing

    Black Ops II on Xbox.com    ? Keep in mind that in order to make Xbox 360 game purchases on Xbox.com or the Xbox One console, you will need a credit card on file. If you're a child account, the parent account must make the purchase or the purchase will need
    to be made on an Xbox 360 console.

    If you are on Xbox One, try going to "My Games and Apps", going to Black Ops, then hit the Start Button, head to Manage Game, and the maps should be there if you purchased them on that account.

    While signed in, if you navigate to our
    Call of Duty: Black Ops II Season Pass page     does it still prompt you to purchase it or does it acknowledge that it is owned? That would be a good spot to double check, as being in the preview program normally would not affect content ownership on the Xbox
    360 Marketplace.

    If that page asks you to purchase the Season Pass, I would reach out to our phone or chat support team one more time to inquire about if and when the Black Ops II season pass was added to your account. If they can locate the Season Pass and provide a date
    when it was added, that information will help us a lot.
