im trying to play Minecraft with my Microsoft on ps4 but it keeps saying to get PlayStation...

I figured it is a security issue as microsoft is not allowing me to sign in through the ps4 but does through my phone or laptop. Ive chatted with a few people through microsoft support. One helped me for an evening but after powering down and back up the
problem reappeared. I played with them for several hours just fine so i assume she was able to do something but i had to delete all my game save data. Many hours of crafting and mining. I do own minecraft on my ps4. I have played it for about 6 years. Its
funny some support chat members immediately say you should contact mojang or sony. Well if you go to get support from mojang for minecraft on ps4 issues it tries to give you troubleshooting instructions for xbox and if you try to chat with someone it sends
you to get help from an xbox gamer. Same if you try to get playstation support for minecraft from the playstation support. Sony says microsoft owns minecraft so i need to ask them. I aint blaming anyone just wanna play.

When i try to link my account to my ps4 it gives you a certain code that you have to enter in the site that's told to use.

right after you enter the code and your Microsoft password it just says

"try again in a bit. not sure what happened there.

and im not sure if this is a bug or something but keeps saying the same thing when you try again.

and rarely in my ps4 there is this error code:crossbow pop up and im not sure how to link my microsoft account to my ps4. and i cant play cross platform and cross-platform servers that i had spent over 10$ in.

Same thing is happening to me on my ps4. It says my account is already connected to another account but I received an email saying that the Microsoft account was logged into PlayStation but on my ps minecraft shows that I’m not logged in. I’ve already contacted PlayStation and Minecraft and they both told me the same thing but nothings changed. I’m in desperate need of help

Hi Josef, I’m having the same issue however this is the first time I’ve got minecraft on any PlayStation, I’ve tried logging in to Minecraft on PS5 and it gives me the same message, there is only my account on my PS5 yet it says my Microsoft account is already linked to another PSN account, I do not have minecraft on PS4. I attempted to use a different Microsoft account but all I got was a signing in screen for 10 minutes so gave up.

(Edit: just installed minecraft on my ps4 with the same PSN account and also says the Microsoft account is linked to a different PSN account but Nintendo switch works fine so seems to be an issue with PlayStation minecraft)

Hello. I recently attempted to sign into Minecraft (ps4) with my Microsoft account, but it is saying my account is already linked to a Playstation. I do not recall EVER using my Microsoft account on ANY Playstation. Anyone got any answers?
