Im trying to play minecraft and when i was playing my game freezes

Im getting the same problem, I cant play my own games, itll freeze in the loading screen when I try to play a lvl. Youtube and Internet Explorer on Xbox One are doing the same thing. I can join other peoples games in Minecraft from the dashboard but know

aye when ever i try to play bf3 campaighn while im online my xbox freezes once i click on resume campaighn it jus freezes it only lets me play wen im offline
