Im trying to play an xbox 360 game on my xbox one and it wont let me download profile

Make sure your Xbox Live account is in good standing and has not been banned or suspended.

Try deleting and redownloading your profile. To do this, go to the "Home" screen on your Xbox One, select your profile in the upper-left corner, and then select "Manage account." From there, you should be able to delete and redownload your profile.

If none of these steps solve the problem, you may want to try power cycling your Xbox One. To do this, turn off your console, unplug it from the wall, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

This morning I deleted my 360 profile on my xbox one and cleared the cache, now it wont let me re-download my 360 profile. So guessing I'm screwed.

Its not a game im talking about xbox profile pictures it wont let me upload my drawing to my xbox profile picture

ive tried all of the above and nothing, but now i dont even have my profile on my harddrive it wont let me download it, it keeps saying, 80151011, im assuming some sort of error, it says sorry xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now, try again later
80151011, i would like to upgrade to a year membership but im not doing that if i cant play

Still wont let me play games tried the hard reset and signed out of the profile. Is it not working because the xbox im using isent my home xbox? Or is it because of the new update?
