    I'm trying to make a new account and join xbox live, but whenever I finish putting in all of my information, I get this pop up on my screen "Sorry this action can't be performed at this time. Try again later. Visit
    www.xbox.com/support for more information. 80154028". Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Adding an account on Xbox

    Hi, I'm trying to add an already existing account on Xbox but everytime I try to log in, I have to make a new account. I press the xbox button> sign in> add new, but then I have to make a new account. Could I have two accounts on one console?

    Alright I'm trying to be cool here but dude you keep giving us a link to the same page that is no help whatsoever. If an email account no longer exists you can't recover a password for it, you can't much do anything. I just want to play my new games that
    I bought and now I have to spend even more money to make a new account just to play them.

    I did buy the console in Israel. If it helps, for some reason my Microsoft account under billing.microsoft.com says I have two "personal accounts" - one US and one IL (Israel). I can't buy games either: I put a credit card under my ISRAELI account and whenever
    I try to buy games (such as Minecraft) from the store then it says I don't have any payment info. When I try to add a new credit card, it automatically assumes I'm in the US (can't change the country). Perhaps this is the same reason why I can't download the
    game? Is there a fix for this or do I have to make a new account?
