Im trying to join Xbox Insider.

Your Funny but im pretty sure that i mentioned that when i did eventually find the app i did download it , the part where it says choose a device to unenroll was there , what was missing was an xbox to unenroll, thats why xbox live enrolled my xbox x
then told me to unenrollit and i did there is no longer an xbox but im still an insider member and when i go to the app i am ask do i want to join the insider program ,, how do i join something im allready apart of ,, but if your just trying to help and
just skipped that bit , thanks

Can you please say what group you are trying join such as the Xbox Ambassadors or the Xbox Insiders?

I never got the option to join a group but it was on the insider app on the xbox one

are you an insider by any chance? i have a realm that im playing on with my friends and when i joined the insider beta i couldnt connect to my realm, hope this helps

im going to try help you with your issue.

1, do you both have an xbox live subscription?

if either one doesnt own a subscription that will be preventing from joining the game, or a friend joining.

2, do you both own the same copy of minecraft?

if you own the xbox edition and your friend owns the new crossplay edition (think its called bedrock edition) then this will prevent you from joining each other

3, are any of you enrolled in the insider programs 'minecraft beta'?

if you or your friend are enrolled in the insider programs 'minecraft beta' then youll have to go to the insider app unenroll in the beta, delete and reinstall the game, and then try again.
