I’m trying to join game pass and it’s saying contact Microsoft

What? Is this pass the buck day!

Fortnite say this is not them, Microsoft/you are now saying contact Amazon! Microsoft voucher has been used and purchased items on Xbox store.. then Xbox recalled it? I can’t get onto Microsoft as they are experiencing high volume of queries.. I’m guessing I’m not the only one in this position

I have Xbox Ultimate and it’s active. i go on to xbox game pass to look at games cause i can get games with game pass, and i look at the games and it says i need to buy them so i click on the game and it says join game pass ultimate, so obviously when i have ultimate i’m supposed to have the game pass with it, but it says it’s active idk what to do

I’m still getting the same problem with different codes. I’m starting to wonder if Microsoft expects us to have Game Pass for this open beta on Halo Infinite. 343 industries says it’s free to play and nothing is required. I don’t have Game Pass but I pay for Gold on my profile.

Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed

I’ve done all that but say he joins me it won’t work but anyone else try’s to join and it works fine for them so I’m not sure what to do
