Im trying to get an account from 1 xbox onto another xbox

I recently got a 2nd xbox One with much better storage (1 TB) then my original and ive been trying for a long while to get my account from my original onto my new xbox but everytime i go to add new and add my email address and password it doesnt work because
"This email is already on this xbox" ive been looking for everything that indicates linking acounts adding new ones so on so fourth i cant find anything please help get my account onto this xbox

try a Factory Reset to completely clear everything in the new Xbox then try downloading your profile onto the Xbox.

you might need to restart your router before doing the Factory Reset as the Xbox relies heavily on having a good internet connection during set up and adding accounts.

Same Problem i had my account on another xbox then i just tried to recover it onto my xbox and it fails near the end of the recovering and says Xbox Live sign up is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Although i do have a Silver account (on the
xbox im currently trying to get my gold account onto) and it works fine even after the update im able to sign onto xbox live.

Please figure this out i wish to play on xboxlive with my gold account which i paid to use online.

im sorry but as far as i know there are no ways to delete it from existence but you can cancel your payment for your account and you can get your time left on that account onto another one

Call xbox. Im tge same situation [mod removed] you and i was told it was a 1 week ban when tge operator went onto my account
