I'm trying to download the new cities skylines 2 and im at 99% but it's not downloading...

No nothing has downloaded and nothing is in ready to install and the page for the City Skylines-Season Pass 2 says that it does indeed work with the version of the game I own, I have just requested a refund

I'm tempted to get Dark Souls 3, but I still have FFXV, RE7, Cities Skylines and Mass Effect Andromeda all downloaded and ready to go plus I've just started Mafia III. I'm good to go for a while.

Hi, i know this an old thead. i've just purchased the download verison last Saturday 4/7/15 and it get stuck and the city skyline screen like everbody else.

Had an on line chat, done all the setting thing and clear what i was told still no good. so uninstalled it all and have finally reinstalled it all again.

So on week nearly of purchaseing the game i'm back to the city skyline and nothing else. Any help would be greatful appreciated.

Restart Microsoft Gaming Services: In Windows Search search for “Windows Powershell” and run it as administrator. After copy and paste the following command and press Enter on your keyboard: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-appxpackage -all users. Then open the Xbox app and it will detect that you need gaming services. You can download them by clicking on the “Download” button that will appear right there.

Reset the Xbox app: Find the app called “Xbox” and select it, after clicking “Advanced Options” and then “Reset” and confirm the process. Do the same for the application called "Microsoft Store." Then restart your PC and check if the issue is fixed.

Cancel the download from the Xbox Guide: Press the Xbox button to open the Guide and select My games & apps > See all. Select Manage > Queue.
