I'm trying to download Forza Horizon 5 but the download won't pass the "Processing 0%" phase

So I bought the Game Pass for 1€ and wanted to try the new Forza so I installed it or tried to because the first time I tried the game just disappeared it was at 60% and disappeared after like 3 hours of waiting for the game to download, so I tried a second time but now the download won't even start it's just stuck in that Processing 0% phase and I can't do anything I already tried to clear the cache of both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store and nothing and I also tried to Reset Windows Updates but nothing seems to work, can anyone help me please?

For some days now, Forza 5 has been having a lot of issues. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue here:

However, let's try some basic troubleshooting.

- First try to install the game from the Microsoft store instead

- If that doesn't help, check if your Windows version and all your drivers are upto date. Also check for security updates as well.

Can you just edit your reply with a suggestion to uninstall and install the Xbox App so people that are having the same problem as me find a way to fix it more easily because I had to do some research to find anything.

Problem fixed.

I was going to try to download from the Microsoft Store like you said but apparently in Windows 11 games can only be downloaded from the Xbox App, I don't really know how that works, so I tried to uninstall the Xbox App because I thought that with the Xbox App it would appear a option for me to download it through the Store but I couldn't installed through the Store so I just downloaded the Xbox App again and now I have my download at 73% it was somehow hidden.

Just needed to uninstall and install the Xbox App after all.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
