I'm trying to create an Xbox Live account......

How do I create one off of an Xbox 360?

Every time I try creating it, this always pops up: "Sorry, that email address can't be used to create a Microsoft account. Use a different domain." When I used
@hotmail.com or @msn.com and neither one works for it. How can this be resolved?

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

Hi! Did you try to create your account via Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices instead? That should usually work.

That error code usually means a network or service issue.

Check for server outages with Xbox Status here:

Try restarting your router and using the following link to troubleshoot your Xbox 360's network connection:

If the issue persists, try creating your Xbox Live account on a PC at https://account.microsoft.com and then signing in on your Xbox 360.

Hi, Lucas, yes I don't have an XBOX LIVE account on the Microsoft account I'm trying to log in with, but I do have an XBOX account on this Microsoft account that I'm replying to you with but when I'm trying to log into this Microsoft account that has an XBOX LIVE account this one I mean, It just repeats the same issue it takes so long to load, and I'm using a Windows 10 to play ASPHALT 9, I'm I mainly want to use this XBOX LIVE account on this Microsoft account to play ASPHALT 9, but the issue made me want to use any XBOX LIVE account.

Hey!

I got it just last week...

the problem is: I created a profile on the Xbox without connecting to Xbox Live just to start playing the games I got with the console.

Then this week I created an Xbox live profile on my computer with my Microsoft account.

Now on the Xbox profile that is not connected to any Xbox live I'm trying to "connect" to my Xbox Live profile that was just created 3 days ago... but the same message appears.

Thanks for the help! I'm not too sure what to do...
