    Hello Manny,

    Thanks for the reply. If it is saying a hardware problem, this is most likely the wifi hardware not working correctly in the console. We recommend trying to connect by ethernet cable. You can go to

    device support     to check warranty status and set up a repair. As a repair would be needed for the problem.
