    Im tired of enforcement action whitout reason.


    i was playing whit a friend talking about this, i usually get mad at people and use harsh language, but i never use it whit young people like kids, i know they are adults or teens and i know they are bothering people. I told one of them "[Mod Removed]" as
    a joke and i got Communication Ban!

    Please if some admin/mod/ambassador is reading this help whit my suspension, i cant wait till january 14.

    Did i mention i dont even have a mic?

    I have just received an email stating that I have an enforcement action on my account but I am unaware why - could you please tell me why I received this enforcement action? As far as I am aware I have committed no violation of the Code of Conduct. Please

    Reason for enforcement action?

    Then that's the reason,it was a communication offence.

    As per the ToU you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof & you will not get any compensation.

    Any report filed is thoroughly investigated for a suspension is issued.

    As I've already said,the enforcement team do not use the forums so there is nothing anyone here can do.

    The email did not say why other than 'communication' - that does not provide any information regarding the actual reason for the action or the violation of the code of conduct.

    I am not eligible to file for a case review as the action only lasted around 24 hours - regardless, although it is now over, I would still like to see that there is a valid reason for the enforcement action and, if one cannot be supplied, have it removed
    from my account's history and receive an apology and some form of compensation for the time I had to wrongly go without my paid for Xbox Live service.

    I believe the enforcement action was a mistake as I have not violated the Code of Conduct. If I have then it should be easy enough for a member of the Enforcement Team to show me the violation and demonstrate proof - temporarily suspending my services without
    supplying a reason and with no easy method of contact, however, rings of unprofessionalism on Microsoft's part and is an issue they should address.

    The email should tell you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

    enforcement.xbox.com     and from there you should be able to find out why your account was suspended/banned, and for how long.
