    Xbox Lawyers,

    Here's my case I'm pretty sure the email said I was banned because of verbal language which is perfectly fine I understand and can be suspnded from chat. No harm there. What I don't understand is why I can't play online. It says I lost due to a network
    timeout and when I chat with xbox suppourt they say its due to my suspension. I'm confused here. So my questions are..

    1. Can my suspension be lifted?

    2. Can I give someone from xbox staff a detailed email on issues with this.

    3. Should I just file my complainant with the BBB.

    If the suspension was issued by the Enforcement team, you can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/home and check your enforcement history to see more details about a suspension.

    Id also like to add playstation has the same exact rules when it comes to communications. Except they dont just suspend your comunications. They suspend your entire account

    I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

    What's going on?
