i let my brother play my xbox more often than myself , the one day i actually want to play i cant play 2K16 MyPARK . i log on my account and it says im suspended for communication but I DID NOT DO THE COMMUNICATING it was someone else . i check my messages
and my brother talks dirty to people when he loses a game , when all i want to do is play my Xbox . Could you please , please answer me back Enforcement Crew . My gamertag is

Hey there, if you want to inquire about your suspension, please post in the "15 - My Live account has been suspended" forum for a response from Policy
Enforcement.

The Code of Conduct does say this, however.

Don't create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that other users may be offended by. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual
nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities.

The enforcement team does not work via the forums. You would need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to check on the status.

You are responsible for anything done on your account. I would suggest having a separate account for your brother.

Im having the same problem and nothing what so ever will work all it says is update failed a system update is required but not available. Its so irritating.

So I can Report anyone that I please without having a reason why im making that report and easily get that players Chat communication Suspended even if I dont like what i hear from what they say

No. You can report someone for any reason you want, but the enforcement team is going to investigate the report. If they find the person violated the code of conduct, they will be suspended. If they find that the person did nothing wrong, then nothing will
happen.
