    I'm suspended but haven't got the message to file a review.


    The hour after I was unsuspended I wake up to find that I was suspended again. I wasn't awake to do anything and I didn't get a message to file a case review.

    Suspended for no reason.

    I got a enforcement action notice telling me I've apparently been suspended till the the 4th of November from a report by another Xbox player. But I haven't messaged nor harassed any player online. And when I tried to file a case review it won't even let
    me, telling me I don't have a applicable enforcement action. I haven't done anything and I'm just trying to play.

    Suspended for communication

    So I got suspend because I sent a message to a person and it was wrong long story or short, the suspension ended and now I'm suspended again for the same thing except I haven't been on xbox and haven't been able to communicate with everyone.... help? I can't

    Yep,any report has to be investigated which takes time.It's quite rare for someone to get suspended/banned instantly.

    Sometimes you might get a thank you message if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you've filed but most of the time you wont be told the result of the report you've filed.

    And yes,case reviews are investigated by a person.

    Follow CodeCat5's advice & you wont have to worry about being suspended.

    Your friend would need to go to the enforcement site HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    Doesn't matter if it was a joke or not though,if the messages violated the ToU/CoC then they will get suspended if reported.
