I'm still waiting for my refund...

Hello everyone, Since 21/01/2019, I am waiting for a refund from microsoft. He noted that it would be issued within 4 to 7 business days. However, today at 01/02/2019, I still have not been refunded.
Is it normal or should I start to worry? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hi there,

First thing that you would want to do is go into your Microsoft Account https://account.microsoft.com/billing to see if the refund request was actually process.
Refunds should take between three to five business days to reach your financial institution.
Also, when you say "He" did you talk to somebody from support? Support no longer handles refund requests.

We can definitely do that, sorry about that.

When you're on the website you might have to scroll down to see,

Step 1: Choose a category

- Select Xbox One

Step 2: Ask us a question

- Select See other options

Under "My account" select "See my purchase history"

Step 3:

- Select Show contact options

Step 4: Contact us

- Choose to Request a callback or to Chat with an agent.

Go ahead and give this a try and let us know if this helps.

I went on the xbox contact support and I can not find in which section I can ask questions about the status of my refund. Can you guide me a little?
