I was supposed to recieve darksouls 1 when I purchased darksouls 3

I've been waiting almost a month now for the game code for darksouls 1 and after 3 phone calls and several attempts at getting what I paid for I gotta go through a website to get my code? Well if this works I'll be suprised as well please give me darksouls
it's been 1 month now

 

I haven't received my code for Dark Souls reverse compatibility.

I purchased the Deluxe version of Darksouls 3 on February 19th, and have still yet to receive my promo-code for Darksouls, almost 20 days later. Please Help.

 

Where did you purchase Dark Souls? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
