im still voice banned

Discus and support im still voice banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My ban ended yesterday and im still banned for some reason and I to enforcment page and it said I was unbanned and it showed the case review thing...     My ban ended yesterday and im still banned for some reason and I to enforcment page and it said I was unbanned and it showed the case review thing orange and idk why but it said decision upheld and im still banned can you please help me

    Why am I still voice banned???

    I was given a 30 day ban for communications on 10/5/17 and my account still is voice banned. Trying to figure out why it’s not allowing me to communicate...

    Also you are the only system that bans people for swearing.

    Voice Chat Ban

    It has been over a week since I was banned from using voice chat. My account still says that voice chat is blocked, but last night, I tried to use voice chat and other players could hear me but I couldn't hear them. I checked my headset and it works fine.

    im still voice banned

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    it didnt work and my case review is still orange so why dont you go check it or give me a one day voice ban and see if that'll fix it

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re adding the account. Check enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you don't have another suspension.
