I'm Still have problems with Call Of dutty Modern Warfare

Good afternoon.
I acquired physical media from the game months ago and my interest is only in the campaign. I have no interest in the War Zone. I am being forced to install War Zone and when I try to play the campaign the system asks me to buy the game. I have already uninstalled and installed several times and when I check the installed packages I see that the campaign pacs are properly installed on the console. There are still, in the game options, some data packages that are requested and when I order the installation, I get the message that the package is not available for download in the store.
I would love to have access to the product I purchased.
Can you help me, please?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

yes I'm the only one who is having the problem from the friends that I have asked. I've been playing Call of Duty 4: Modern warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and they are fine.

I'm sorry, but this is thee Most misleading piece of advertising I have ever seen.

On the Store is clearly states

Call of Duty: Warzone

Includes:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

When you download it requires campaign download. When you load up Warzone it takes you to an additional download page for Warzone and Modern Warfare II. Yet still requires you to pay.

Sorry but this needs correcting, at no point, anywhere does it state that all you get is Warzone. Why add, includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II if it doesn't. You need to either change this description to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Warzone or your clearly in breach of false advertising.

I'm assuming you are talking about the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Their servers were having problems earlier, they have been fixed as of recently.
