    I'm still banned!


    I was banned because my cousin swore on my account and had to wait a whole week to get unbanned. After a week I went on my Xbox but now my console is banned. Can someone please tell me what to do? I've already been banned for a week for something my cousin
    did and not me. Could you make me unbanned or something like that because my family can't go online anymore. Thank you.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can find out info about any enforcement actions you have on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    Console bans are either 30 days or permanent & are not issued lightly.

    As it's a console ban you can not file for a case review.

    You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

    This is clearly an account suspension with duration till 2017-06-28, 8:56:pM

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    I got banned on 2k but I'm still banned

    Just to add,suspensions end at the same time they were issued so for example if your suspension was issued at 3:30pm then it will end at 3:30pm on the due end date.

    It's also possible other violations of the ToU/CoC were discovered & your suspension was extended & depending on the length of the extension it might not show on the enforcement site.

    You can contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you if any extension was added but will not be able to do anything else.
