Im still banned after getting unbanned?

So i got unbanned from sea of thieves. I started the game as it didnt show on the sea of thieves website itself that i had been unbanned. When i tried to start the game It said the same message "Youre permanently banned from Sea Of Thieves (Redbeard) While making a new account works i would need to get my old account as i have more than 2000 hours in it. Im able to get into the sea of thieves insider but not able to play on the main game. I have tried logging out and in, Reseting my pc, Linking my steam and xbox again. Pretty much everything. The support said that im unbanned in their system and i should reach out for help from other places. Is there any fix for this?

Sea of Thieves has dedicated suppprt and their own ban system like Call of Duty, Forza, Minecraft and many other titles. You'll have to talk to them about their internal bans .They're just passing the buck because they don't know the answer.

Nevermind, im unbanned but i still want to know why i was banned so i know what to do next time to avoid being banned.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be our Xbox Enforcement page

I've went to the enforcement.xbox.com website but there are no active bans for my account and I was just talking to a Xbox support team member and they sent me this link to write a forum and have a enforcement and ban moderator look into the case.
